Are BLP products ready to be ordered?
Yes, unless they are marked as ‘Out of Stock’, all BLP items are available for immediate purchase (ready stock).
Are BLP products cruelty-free and vegan?
All BLP products are not tested on animals and are formulated with vegan ingredients as registered on PETA (People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals or https://www.peta.org/).
Are BLP products safe to use?
All of our products have been officially registered with the Drug and Food Control Agency (BPOM) and have received approval for issuance.
Are BLP products halal?
Yes, our products are halal-certified by Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and/or The Halal Product Assurance Organizing Body (BPJPH) Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affair.
Why is the item I received not in prime condition?
Several conditions are considered normal and caused by the product formula or the delivery process. If you receive an item that's not in a prime condition, please contact our Customer Service by pressing the WhatsApp Chat button on the bottom right of our website.
Are BLP products still safe to use after the expiration date?
Expiration dates are only indications of when a product is at its best. Use the product before the expiration date stated on the packaging.
ORDERS
Do I have to create an account to order?
No, you don’t need to log in or create an account to place an order.
However, creating an account gives you access to exclusive benefits such as faster checkout, saved shipping details, and participation in our upcoming loyalty program.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders and payments placed before 12:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be handled on the following business day.
Our team operates Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Can I make BLP products as gifts?
Yes, please add a note in the 'Notes' section if you want to send a special message/greeting.
Can I replace the product ordered?
Please create a new order to replace the previous one, and ignore payment on the order you want to replace. Orders are automatically canceled unless it was paid within 1 x 24 hours and will not affect other orders
SHIPMENT
How do I track my order?
You can find this shipment number on your Account Page or in the confirmation email we send after your order is processed.
Simply click the shipment number, and you will be redirected to the courier’s tracking page.
There, you can view the latest delivery status of your package.
I have received a receipt number, why can't my order be tracked?
After receiving the receipt number, please wait for approximately 12 hours, considering the receipt data input process to the Shipping website requires additional time.
Orders will take longer to process during the SALE period.
What shipping methods are available?
All purchases through the website are served by selected shipping partners based on destination:
- Indonesia: SPX (Regular and Sameday Delivery)
- Malaysia: TLX
- Other countries: Internal selected shipping provider
If you prefer to use other expedition services or instant delivery (instant courier), please make your purchase through our marketplace stores (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop).

PAYMENTS
How do I find out which payment methods are available?
Please click 'continue' when completing the order. You can pay using Atome or Midtrans (a secure payment gateway).
How do I pay for my order?
Click Here to find the payment steps, or check your email after selecting a payment method. Also, check the Promotion or Spam tab if you don't see the email in your inbox.
How to confirm payment?
If the payment is successful, the system will send an automatic confirmation email - no manual verification on our website is required.
Is there a time limit for the payment?
You must complete the payment within 1 x 24 hours, or the order will be canceled automatically. If you choose the Go-Pay payment method, there is only a 15-minute time limit to complete the payment.
REFUNDS AND ORDERS CANCELLATION
Can I cancel the order?
Paid orders cannot be canceled and cannot be refunded.
If BLP cancels my order, when will I get a refund?
Order cancellations can occur if the stock runs out (often occurs during promos) or there is an error in the system.
- If you paid by credit card and the system canceled the purchase, a refund would be issued automatically within 7 - 14 working days.
- Refunds will be automatically sent for payments using Go-Pay within 3 x 24 hours.
- If you paid via bank transfer, we would issue a refund within a maximum of 14 working days.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Can I change the color of the product I purchased?
You cannot exchange products for different ones.
Can I return the product I bought?
Products can only be returned if they are damaged or defective. Returns can be made by including video evidence when opening the package and sending an email to shop@blpbeauty.com.
We will send a replacement product within 7 working days after the defective product is returned. Returns can be made within 7 days after the buyer receives the item.
