HOW TO ORDER AT BLPBEAUTY.COM
1. Search and select a product
Click 'Shop' on the top left of this site, then select the chosen product category.
2. Add to Cart
Select the product and the quantity you want, then click the 'Add to Cart' button. Browse the site for other products and add to the cart if you want additional products. Click 'Cart' on the top right of the site to process your order.
3. Check Out
If you have added all the products to your cart and are ready to proceed with the payment process, click 'Checkout'. You will be required to have an account to check order out.
- New customer? Create an account by entering your email address and setting a password.
- Returning customer? Log in with your registered email to continue.
4. Fill in your information
Enter your full name, phone number, and complete shipping address. Double-check your details to ensure your order reaches you without delay.
5. Select a Shipping Method
Choose your preferred shipping option from the available methods:
- Indonesia: Free shipping on orders over Rp100,000. We use SPX as our courier. For other courier options, please order via our e-commerce partners.
- Malaysia: We use TLX courier for all orders placed through our Malaysia website.
6. Select a Payment Methods
Choose your preferred payment method. All transactions are processed securely:
- Atome PayLater — split your payment into installments. (Indonesia customer only)
- Midtrans — supports QRIS, Virtual Account, Credit Card, and more.
We will also send payment instructions to your email. There is no need for you to confirm payment because it will be done automatically.
7. Apply Voucher Code, Review & Pay
If you have a promotional code, enter it in the discount field on the checkout page. Review your order summary and total amount, then click 'Pay Now' to complete your purchase. You have certain amount of time (depends on selected payment method) to complete payment — after that, your order will be automatically cancelled.
8. Wait for Your Order Confirmation Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team will process and ship your order within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
PAYMENT METHOD
All payments on BLP Beauty are processed securely. We support the following payment methods — choose the one that works best for you.
# ATOME
How to pay via Atome:
- On the checkout page, choose Atome PayLater as the payment method.
- Click the Pay Now button.
- If you are on PC/Laptop, use your smartphone to scan the QR Code on the screen.
- If you are on a smartphone, click Pay with Atome or input your phone number then click Next.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
# MIDTRANS
How to pay via Midtrans:
- On the checkout page, choose Payments via Midtrans as the payment method.
- Click the Pay Now button.
- On the Midtrans menu, choose your preferred payment method (QRIS, Virtual Account, etc.).
- Follow the instructions on the Midtrans page.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR ORDER STATUS
We want your BLP Beauty experience to be seamless — from checkout to delivery. Here's a simple guide to help you understand what each order status means.
💳 Payment Status
Pending
Your payment has been received and is being verified. This is common for bank transfers. Please allow 1×24 hours for confirmation. No action needed unless you haven't completed your transfer yet.
Paid
Your payment has been confirmed. We're preparing your order.
📦 Fulfillment Status
Unfulfilled
Your order is confirmed and being prepared at our warehouse. Orders must be placed before 12.00 WIB to be processed on the same day. Packing and shipping begins at 14.00 WIB.
In Progress
Your order has been handed to our fulfillment team and is being packed.
Partially Fulfilled
Some items in your order have been shipped. Remaining items will follow shortly.
Fulfilled (Shipping)
Your order is on its way! You will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam/junk/promotions folder if you can't find it in your inbox.
❌ Cancelled
Your order has been cancelled. The system automatically cancels orders if payment is not made within the specified time limit. The payment time limit varies according to the selected payment method.
